Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
Not with the right technique. We use soft-wash (low pressure + cleaning solution) on siding, roofs, and painted surfaces. High pressure is only used on concrete and brick.
How long does the cleaning last?
For most surfaces, results last 1–2 years depending on your environment. We recommend annual house washes to prevent mold and mildew buildup.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot, you don't need to be present. We'll send before/after photos when we're done.
